Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision

Working toward licensure with the right support?

Clinical supervision is one of the most important investments you’ll make in your career as a therapist. Whether you’re building confidence with diagnoses, navigating complex clinical situations, or developing your professional identity, quality supervision provides the guidance and support needed to grow into an ethical, competent, and confident clinician.

Transparent Space Therapy offers clinical supervision for Florida Registered Clinical Social Work Interns (RCSWIs) pursuing independent licensure.

What to Expect in Clinical Supervision

Every supervisory relationship is unique and should reflect your experience, learning style, and professional goals. During our first meeting, we’ll discuss your clinical background, current caseload, supervision requirements, and the areas where you’d like additional support. Supervision sessions provide a collaborative space to discuss client cases, strengthen diagnostic and treatment planning skills, navigate ethical challenges, improve documentation, and build confidence in your clinical decision-making. As you grow, supervision will continue to evolve to meet your changing needs while helping you progress toward independent licensure.

Meet your Supervisor

Hi I’m Sandrina Seraphin, owner and Clinical Director of Transparent Space Therapy. Clinical supervision is one of the most influential professional relationships you’ll have as you work toward independent licensure. Over the course of two years, your supervisor will help shape your clinical thinking, professional identity, and confidence as a therapist. Choosing the right supervisor matters.

As a Florida Qualified Supervisor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe supervision should be more than reviewing cases or fulfilling licensure requirements. It should be a collaborative relationship built on trust, curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.

I encourage supervisees to come prepared, ask thoughtful questions, and remain open to feedback. In return, I am committed to providing consistent guidance, honest feedback, and practical support that helps you strengthen your clinical judgment and grow with confidence.
